The music has stopped,
so has the feelings you had.
This is what you told me,
and you were so cold.

She said it was over,
without an emotion on her face.
Did you even consider,
what you have thrown away?

You didn't even ask,
nor did you even care.
Take my feelings into consideration,
or what my heart felt.

You took the easy way,
instead of fighting for us.
After all we have invested,
is just tossed aside.

I'm hurting so bad,
it is hard to breathe.
It's still hard to accept,
as I watch you leave.

There will be no closure,
no good nights of sleep.
As I haven't stopped feeling,

The years have gone by,
